Holiday VIllas III Unit 607
${{parseInt(rateMin).toFixed(0)}}/night
Looking for a beach holiday that has it all? We are excited to offer our two bedroom, end unit, gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms.
Our condo shows great pride of ownership. The condo has been professionally painted from top to bottom. The vanities in the bathrooms are new as well as the ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The new kitchen with gleaming granite countertops is fully equipped with cookware along with a new stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, we have new 18'X18' porcelain tile flooring throughout the main areas. The bedroom furniture in both bedrooms has been updated including all mattresses. We have a king size bed in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom. The dining room furniture gives a tropical feel with a dolphin pedestal. All patio furniture is new in a soft sea blue.
Please make yourselves at home. We offer use of our beach chairs, umbrella and our coolers for those lazy days relaxing on the beach.
Our building is well maintained with a large heated pool, shuffleboard courts, tiki bar, a barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Do it all or choose to kick back and relax.

This balcony will not be usable for May until January 2024 into Summer 2024.
The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 into late 2024 into 2025. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.
Unless the listing specifically states the balcony is not useable and the pool is closed then the balcony is useable and the pool is open.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate/estimating late 2024-2025
Please feel free to contact us to get a better understanding of the progress of the project and best units available for your dates and different date options. Pricing has been updated for the construction work and are final. No other refunds will be given.
Thank you for your continued support of Holiday Villas III as we strive to keep your favorite vacation rental property in great shape for years to come.
